What you'll do
Hands-on hardware and software work on everything from office desktops to high-end gaming rigs.
Diagnose and repair computer problems, both hardware and software
Install Windows and update drivers
Stress-test components, including CPU and GPU
Replace parts: motherboards, graphics cards, coolers, and processors
Build and rebuild gaming computers
Replace laptop screens
Harvest usable parts from units: CPUs, GPUs, RAM, motherboards, PCI/PCIe cards, and more
What we're looking for
Experience can come from a hobby, school, or a previous job. What matters is that you're comfortable inside a machine.
- Hands-on experience building or repairing PCs (hobby, school, or work all count)
- Comfortable working inside both desktops and laptops with basic hand tools
- Familiar with installing Windows and updating drivers
- Careful, organized, and honest handling of parts and customer machines
- Reliable, punctual, and able to lift/move computer equipment
